Douglas was absolutely amazing. Car Star quoted me a very fair price for a side mirror replacement (half of what it would have cost at the dealership). They were efficient, kind, and incredibly nice to deal with. Very thankful!

Just returned to this shop for another fix on my Model 3, and once again, it was an outstanding experience! Huge thanks to my specialist, Mark, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He kept me updated almost daily via iMessage and was very accommodating with my travel schedule. Like last time, I claimed through the other party’s insurance, so I can’t speak to the pricing. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to repair your Tesla (which can be a bit fragile, unfortunately).
